Elimination of channeling behind casing in producing oil- and gas-wells.

When being injected into the well and bottomhole formation zone the foamed cement solution moves upwards (due to its low density) and fills in the casing annulus forming a reliable barrier to behind-casing flows.

Technical and engineering factors of the process:

  • operating pressure of foamed cement solution injection is 10-50 МPа;
  • operating pressure of packer is 15-50 МPа.

  • simplicity and efficiency of the technological process as there is no need to carry out expensive works on perforating and subsequent bridging.

Range of application:

Oil- and gas-wells being watered due to behind-casing flows.

The technology has successfully been tested in the Ukrainian and Bulgarian fields.

.Operation results on oil fields in Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Poland, Russia, Syria, Turkmenistan and Ukraine have shown that after the Company’s technologies application the oil production increases from 2 to 5 times and even more. After well workover the duration of well’s operation at increased level of yield is from 6 months to 2 years.
