From October 25 to October 27, 2023, the 28th International Conference and Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan - 2023” was held in the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat. Our company acted as a silver sponsor of this prestigious event.
Leading specialized oil & gas companies from Azerbaijan, Great Britain, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the USA, and a number of other countries took part in this annual Forum. Turkmenistan was represented by Ministries, Departments, State Concerns, authoritative organizations of the country, as well as leading players in the global fuel and energy sector operating in Turkmenistan.
At the Conference, the director of our company, Dr. Igor Burkynskyy, made a report “New investments of Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited in the oil & gas sector of Turkmenistan”; his speech was met with great interest. Also, as part of the ongoing events, our delegation held a number of meetings and negotiations with representatives of government agencies of Turkmenistan, representatives of Embassies, and business circles from various countries regarding the development of comprehensive cooperation on ongoing and promising prospective projects. On the sidelines of this Forum, a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the oil & gas industry of Turkmenistan was signed between the following companies: Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited, VEMA S.A., and Schlumberger Logelco Inc.
