In accordance with the Amendment Agreement to the Contract d.d. 05.17.2011 No. T5-8-397, the first well drilling operations commenced on 20.06.2019 on the North Goturdepe oilfield.

The 2nd meeting of the Technical and Operating Committees for the Nefzaoua Permit was held by The Entreprise Tunisienne d’Activités Pétrolières (ETAP) and YNG Energy on December 11, 2018 in Tunis (Tunisia).

Technical and Operating Committee meetings for the Araifa Permit were held on December 11, 2018 at YNG office in Tunis. The Operating Committee approved the Araifa Permit working program for 2019.

In accordance with the Amendment Agreement to the Contract d.d. 05.17.2011 No. T5-8-397, drilling sites for the first four vertical, deviated and horizontal wells with their depth more than 5000 m had been determined and preparatory works for the wells’ construction began on 03.12.2018 on the North Goturdepe oilfield.

Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited and the SC “Turkmennebit” have signed an Amendment Agreement to the Contract d.d. 17.05.2011 No. T5-8-397.
